Description

Objective: The Aviation Auditor Training (AAT-VCP) equips participants with the knowledge and skills to conduct effective audits and inspections in compliance with aviation regulatory requirements and internal standards. The training covers audit principles, inspection techniques, regulatory compliance, and reporting procedures. By the end of the course, participants will be able to plan, execute, and report on audits and inspections, ensuring operational and safety compliance within their organization. Prerequisites: - Attendees must be employed in a regulatory organisation or role, or - Completed EASA Air-Operations Training (OPS-VCR), or equivalent. Note: We reserve the right to remove any delegates who do not meet this criteria and an admin fee will be applicable in this instance. Syllabus Overview: (1) Introduction to Aviation Auditing: - Overview of the auditor’s role and responsibilities. - Importance of auditing in regulatory compliance and safety. - Introduction to regulations (e.g., EASA Part-ORO, Part-CAT) and internal procedures. 2.) Audit Planning and Preparation: - Developing audit checklists and planning techniques. - Scope determination and information gathering. - Risk assessment methods to prioritize focus areas. 3.) Audit Execution Techniques: - Conducting audits: observation, interviewing, and document review. - Ensuring unbiased evaluation of compliance. - Handling non-compliance findings professionally. - Regulatory Compliance and Standards: - Review of EASA, ICAO, and other relevant regulations. - Application of regulations in operational, safety, and security audits. - Verifying compliance with organizational standards. 4.) Audit Reporting and Follow-Up: - Crafting clear and concise audit reports. - Presenting findings and creating actionable plans. - Conducting follow-up audits to validate corrective actions. 5.) Practical Exercises and Case Studies: - Simulated audits and real-world case studies. - Analysis of findings and integration of best practices. Completion: Certificate: Issued upon completion Competence: Includes practical exercises


Cancellation Policy

Course Booking: Booking Procedure: Customers can book virtual and frontal classroom courses through our website, by phone, or in person at our office. All bookings are subject to availability. Confirmation: Upon successful booking, customers will receive a confirmation email or notification containing details of the course, including the date, time, location (if applicable), and any additional instructions. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation Period: Customers may cancel their booking up to 7 calendar days in advance of the scheduled course date without incurring any cancellation fees. Cancellation Procedure: To cancel a booking, customers must notify Skylift Aviation GmbH's customer service team at least 7 calendar days before the course date. Cancellation requests can be made via phone or email. Refund Policy: If a booking is canceled within the specified cancellation period, customers will be entitled to a full refund of any fees paid for the course. Refunds will be processed within [number of days] days using the original payment method. Late Cancellations: Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 7 calendar days before the scheduled course date will be considered late cancellations. Late Cancellation Fee: Customers who cancel their booking within the late cancellation period may be subject to a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be determined based on the specific circumstances of the cancellation. Rescheduling: Rescheduling Procedure: Customers may request to reschedule their booking to a different date or time, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 calendar days before the original course date. Rescheduling Fee: Skylift Aviation GmbH reserves the right to charge a rescheduling fee for any changes made to a booking. The amount of the fee will be communicated to the customer at the time of the rescheduling request. No-Shows: No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a booked course without prior cancellation or notification will be considered a no-show. No-Show Penalty: Customers who fail to attend a booked course without canceling in advance may be subject to forfeiture of any fees paid for the course. Policy Changes: Skylift Aviation GmbH reserves the right to update or modify this Booking Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
