Description

Objective: The CRM Recurrent Training provides crew members with a refresher on critical CRM principles, focusing on human factors, communication, teamwork, decision-making, and situational awareness. While it covers similar topics to the CRM Initial Training, the duration is significantly reduced, with an emphasis on analyzing real-world aircraft accidents and incidents to reinforce practical application of CRM skills. Overview of CRM Topics: 1.) Introduction to CRM / Overview 2.) Human error and reliability 3.) Information gathering and processing 4.) Situational awareness 5.) Workload management 6.) Leadership and teamwork 7.) Communication and decision-making 8.) Stress management 9.) Operator safety culture Requirements and Applicability: Pre-requisite: CRM Initial Training (CRMI-VCP) Duration: Minimum 2 hours Method: (Virtual) Classroom Instructor: Certified CRM Trainer (CRMT) Applicability: Crew Members Reference: Commission Regulation (EU) No 965/2012, ORO.FC.115 & ORO.FC.230 Regulatory Context: EASA AirOps mandates Annual Recurrent Training to maintain CRM validity. The option of completing CRM Initial Training every three years is no longer permitted, emphasizing the need for regular and evenly distributed recurrent training over a 3-year period. Combining CRM Recurrent Training with other required annual trainings, such as emergency and safety or winter operations, is recommended for efficiency. Completion: Certificate: Issued upon completion Competence: No formal assessment is required


Cancellation Policy

Course Booking: Booking Procedure: Customers can book virtual and frontal classroom courses through our website, by phone, or in person at our office. All bookings are subject to availability. Confirmation: Upon successful booking, customers will receive a confirmation email or notification containing details of the course, including the date, time, location (if applicable), and any additional instructions. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation Period: Customers may cancel their booking up to 7 calendar days in advance of the scheduled course date without incurring any cancellation fees. Cancellation Procedure: To cancel a booking, customers must notify Skylift Aviation GmbH's customer service team at least 7 calendar days before the course date. Cancellation requests can be made via phone or email. Refund Policy: If a booking is canceled within the specified cancellation period, customers will be entitled to a full refund of any fees paid for the course. Refunds will be processed within [number of days] days using the original payment method. Late Cancellations: Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 7 calendar days before the scheduled course date will be considered late cancellations. Late Cancellation Fee: Customers who cancel their booking within the late cancellation period may be subject to a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be determined based on the specific circumstances of the cancellation. Rescheduling: Rescheduling Procedure: Customers may request to reschedule their booking to a different date or time, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 calendar days before the original course date. Rescheduling Fee: Skylift Aviation GmbH reserves the right to charge a rescheduling fee for any changes made to a booking. The amount of the fee will be communicated to the customer at the time of the rescheduling request. No-Shows: No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a booked course without prior cancellation or notification will be considered a no-show. No-Show Penalty: Customers who fail to attend a booked course without canceling in advance may be subject to forfeiture of any fees paid for the course. Policy Changes: Skylift Aviation GmbH reserves the right to update or modify this Booking Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
